Acceptance of company check or net-30 terms requires our prior approval via review of a Bodek and Rhodes credit application. To download a credit application click here. Allow 2 to 3 days for the Bodek and Rhodes credit application and check application to be approved. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on balances past terms. Accounts will be charged $25 for checks returned for any reason.
Credit Cards
VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. For your protection, we require the proper completion of our credit card authorization form before the shipment of any credit card orders. Ask for our standard price list.

The 4:00 PM Promise
Place and complete your order by 4:00 p.m. EST for our PA and MI locations, 4:00 p.m. PST for our CA location, 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. EST for our FL locations, 6:00 p.m. EST for our MA location, and we'll have it out the same day if your account is in good credit standing. Good credit standing with Bodek and Rhodes signifies your account is "Current" and within the terms granted to your account. Accounts not meeting this criteria may experience delays in shipping.
Carriers

Drop Shipments

All merchandise drop-shipped to third parties (e.g. screenprinters, embroiderers, etc.) must be inspected for accuracy (against packing list) and product flaws before printing or embroidering. Bodek and Rhodes is not responsible for discrepancies on orders sent to anyone other than the invoiced customer.

Pick-Up Orders
Pick up orders between 8 AM and 5 PM local time Monday through Friday. Current customers, please allow the following times for your orders to be processed: 1 hour for MA, FL, MI and CA, and 2 hours for PA. New customers should allow 4 hours. For your convenience, our pick-up room accepts MasterCard Debit, VISA Debit, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover; no money orders are accepted in the pick-up room. Certified checks will be verified by the credit department when given to the pick-up room. (Certified checks must be brought in before 3 PM.) Merchandise cannot be brought back to the pick-up room without a prior return authorization number from the customer service department. Call 1-800-523-2721 for authorization. Orders placed after evening cut-off times and on the web over the weekend will be ready after 10:30 AM the next business day.
Back Orders
Back orders can be placed on the web or by contacting us. Back orders will be processed in the order they are received. Back orders resulting from partial shipment will be cancelled unless special arrangements are made after the order is shipped. Each back order will incur separate shipping charges.

Back Orders
Back orders can be placed on the web or by contacting us. Back orders will be processed in the order they are received. Back orders resulting from partial shipment will be cancelled unless special arrangements are made after the order is shipped. Each back order will incur separate shipping charges.
Returns
Guidelines for return: - Garments must be inspected before printing. No returns will be accepted on printed, embroidered or washed merchandise.
- Discontinued styles and merchandise over 30 days old cannot be returned.
- Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Steps to return merchandise: - Please call a customer service specialist at 1-800-523-2721 for a return authorization number. To help expedite your call, please have your invoice number ready when calling.
- Returns MUST be accompanied by the pre-approved return authorization number that must appear on the outside of the package. Please put tape on top of any flaw on damaged merchandise for our inspection.
- Please send ALL returns, regardless of the warehouse it was sent FROM, to our Philadelphia headquarters location: 2951 Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114.

- Shades of gray, such as ash, birch, oxford and graphite, will have contents other than 100% cotton. Typical contents of colors in the gray family will be 90% cotton/10% poly when 100% cotton is listed in the descriptions.
- You can expect some shade variations with garment-dyed and washed products such as denim. This one-of-a-kind quality is the normal result of this special process. We recommend washing garment-dyed clothes separately before the first wearing.DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

After logging in with your user name and password, there are several ways to get to the Place Order/Check Inventory page for any specific product style available:

The data we collect is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor. Unless otherwise disclosed during the collection, personally identifiable information that may be collected in connection with visitors to this site is retained by Bodek and Rhodes, Inc. and is not sold, transferred or otherwise disclosed outside the company, except where disclosure is required by law. When you view our web site, we will store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of "Cookies," which are necessary to access our site for online ordering.
Minimums
There are NO minimum orders! We will gladly accept any size order.
Pick-Up Orders
Pick up orders between 8 AM and 5 PM local time Monday through Friday. Current customers, please allow the following times for your orders to be processed: 1 hour for MA, FL, MI and CA, and 2 hours for PA. New customers should allow 4 hours. For your convenience, our pick-up room accepts MasterCard Debit, VISA Debit, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover; no money orders are accepted in the pick-up room. Certified checks will be verified by the credit department when given to the pick-up room. (Certified checks must be brought in before 3 PM.) Merchandise cannot be brought back to the pick-up room without a prior return authorization number from the customer service department. Call 1-800-523-2721 for authorization. Orders placed after evening cut-off times and on the web over the weekend will be ready after 10:30 AM the next business day.
Back Orders
Back orders can be placed on the web or by contacting us. Back orders will be processed in the order they are received. Back orders resulting from partial shipment will be cancelled unless special arrangements are made after the order is shipped. Each back order will incur separate shipping charges.
Returns
Guidelines for return:
- Garments must be inspected before printing. No returns will be accepted on printed, embroidered or washed merchandise.
- Discontinued styles and merchandise over 30 days old cannot be returned.
- Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Steps to return merchandise:
- Please call a customer service specialist at 1-800-523-2721 for a return authorization number. To help expedite your call, please have your invoice number ready when calling.
- Returns MUST be accompanied by the pre-approved return authorization number that must appear on the outside of the package. Please put tape on top of any flaw on damaged merchandise for our inspection.
- Please send ALL returns, regardless of the warehouse it was sent FROM, to our Philadelphia headquarters location: 2951 Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114.
Refused And Cancelled Orders
All refused, cancelled and unclaimed shipments, or those returned due to customer error, are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to all freight costs.
Prices
- All prices reflect a wholesale cash or check discount. Prices for payment other than wholesale cash or check will be provided in our standard price list upon request.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Customers will be charged prices in effect at the time merchandise is shipped.
Case price:
Price per piece of the same style, color and size when ordering case quantity.
Dozen price:
Price per piece for one dozen of the same style, color and size.
Piece price:
Price of individual pieces not bought in solid dozens.
Coupon/Promo Codes
Coupon codes are used periodically for special promotions and discounts. Simply enter the “promo/coupon code” in the designated box on the Shopping Cart screen and click “Apply coupon” and the discount will be applied to your order.

Terms and Payment Methods
C.O.D.
Terms are F.O.B., C.O.D. certified check. C.O.D. certified check customers receive 1 C.O.D. charge on each box. C.O.D. check customers receive 1 C.O.D. charge per order. The UPS and FedEx C.O.D. charges is $12.50 and is subject to change.
Phone Pay Service
Avoid C.O.D. charges - Bodek and Rhodes can now accept your check over the phone! Call 1-800-877-9911, ext. 7510 for more information on this new money-saving service.
Company Check
Acceptance of company check or net-30 terms requires our prior approval via review of a Bodek and Rhodes credit application. To download a credit application click here. Allow 2 to 3 days for the Bodek and Rhodes credit application and check application to be approved. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on balances past terms. Accounts will be charged $25 for checks returned for any reason.
Credit Cards
VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. For your protection, we require the proper completion of our credit card authorization form before the shipment of any credit card orders. Ask for our standard price list.

Shipping
The 4:00 PM Promise
Place and complete your order by 4:00 p.m. EST for our PA and MI locations, 4:00 p.m. PST for our CA location, 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. EST for our FL locations, 6:00 p.m. EST for our MA location, and we'll have it out the same day if your account is in good credit standing. You can easily view our map to note the UPS Ground Days In Transit from your area.
Good credit standing with Bodek and Rhodes signifies your account is "Current" and within the terms granted to your account. Accounts not meeting this criteria may experience delays in shipping.
Carriers
All orders are shipped UPS Ground, UPS Air, Federal Express or Common Carrier.
Shipping & Handling Charge
Shipping charges will include an additional insurance and $3.99 handling charge.
Drop Shipments
Drop shipments must be net, credit card or prepaid terms. All merchandise drop-shipped to third parties (e.g. screenprinters, embroiderers, etc.) must be inspected for accuracy (against packing list) and product flaws before printing or embroidering. Bodek and Rhodes is not responsible for discrepancies on orders sent to anyone other than the invoiced customer.

Garment Content & Care
- When laundering all shirts, follow washing instructions on care tag label.
- Shades of gray, such as ash, birch, oxford and graphite, will have contents other than 100% cotton. Typical contents of colors in the gray family will be 90% cotton/10% poly when 100% cotton is listed in the descriptions.
- You can expect some shade variations with garment-dyed and washed products such as denim. This one-of-a-kind quality is the normal result of this special process. We recommend washing garment-dyed clothes separately before the first wearing.DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
